From Historic Farmhouse to Wedding Venue

One of our most meaningful projects to date is the transformation of White Oak Manor, a full-scale wedding venue brought to life through thoughtful renovation and new construction.

At the heart of the property sits a 1911 farmhouse, which A M Christopher Homes carefully renovated with a deep respect for its history. Original flooring was restored wherever possible, preserving the character and charm that makes the home special. The house was updated with new windows, new flooring in select areas, and fully renovated bathrooms and kitchen, blending classic details with modern functionality. Today, the farmhouse offers comfort, efficiency, and timeless appeal—complete with updated amenities designed for today’s use.

Beyond the home itself, our team expanded the property into a complete weddingvenue. We constructed a chapel, gazebo, and a reception barn designed for unforgettable celebrations. The barn features an outdoor patio space, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor experience for events of all sizes.

White Oak Manor is a reflection of what A M Christopher Homes does best: honoring the past while building for the future. Whether restoring historic structures or creating entirely new spaces, we approach every project with craftsmanship, intention, and attention to detail.
